Run Maintenance Jobs for Enterprise Sales Management (Managed Package)

After you make all the required updates to various configurations, run these maintenance jobs to ensure that your configurations are implemented.

1. From the App Launcher, find and select Vlocity CMT Administration.
2. Under Admin Console, click Maintenance Jobs.
3. Run the following maintenance jobs sequentially and wait for each job to complete before starting the next job.

   1. ACCOUNT HIERARCHY MAINTENANCE
      This maintenance job adds any missing root account fields for hierarchical accounts.
   2. INTERFACE IMPLEMENTATION MAINTENANCE (MERGE)
      This maintenance job merges existing interfaces and implementations with the default Vlocity interfaces and interface implementations.
   3. CLEAR MANAGED PLATFORM CACHE
      This maintenance job clears the org cache in the CPQPartition platform cache. The job doesn't affect other cache partitions.
   4. PRODUCT HIERARCHY MAINTENANCE
      This maintenance job builds a streamlined version of the product hierarchies in the Data Store sObjects, enabling the (formerly ) and Refresh Platform Cache (Incremental) jobs to use the hierarchy data.
   5. REFRESH PLATFORM CACHE (FULL) or REFRESH PLATFORM CACHE (INCREMENTAL)
      The Refresh Platform Cache (Full) job copies product hierarchy data to the platform cache and rebuilds the product attribute cache. The Refresh Platform Cache (Incremental) job copies changes in the product hierarchy to the platform cache. This job doesn't delete any existing data in the platform cache. Run the Product Hierarchy Maintenance job before running Refresh Platform Cache (Incremental) in order for changes in product bundles to be reflected in your implementation
   6. PRODUCT HIERARCHY MAINTENANCE
      Run this job again after you've refreshed the platform cache.
