Communications Sales Insights includes three dashboards—Opportunities, Quotes, and
Orders—that show data-driven views of your contact center's sales pipeline, quote activity, and
order fulfillment.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions with
Communications Cloud Advanced and Agentforce for Communications.
Dashboard Requirements
To view data in the Communications Sales Insights dashboards, configure the features
associated with each dashboard and populate them with data.
Note If you use a managed package and haven't installed the data kit before, install the kit
from the package installation page. Salesforce updates the data
kit with each release. Check that the latest version is installed.
Communications Insights Hub
After installing the app, navigate to the Communications Sales Insights Dashboard to open the
Communications Insights Hub.
The hub surfaces the KPIs that matter most at each lifecycle stage—win rates, quote
acceptance, and order fulfillment—with trends and comparisons. When something looks off, drill
into any stage's dashboard for root-cause detail.
Which Dashboard to Use
Use the dashboard that matches the part of the revenue lifecycle you're tracking:
Opportunities Dashboard — track your sales pipeline and win rates, and find stalled or
high-value deals.
Quotes Dashboard — track quote volume, approval status, and quotes that have stalled.
Orders Dashboard — track order fulfillment, failures, and orders at risk of missing their
service level agreement.
For example, a sales operations manager reviews the Opportunities Dashboard each morning to
find stalled deals and then checks the Orders Dashboard for any orders in jeopardy before the
weekly revenue review.
Communications Sales Insights Opportunities Dashboard The Opportunities Dashboard gives you a comprehensive view of your sales pipeline and opportunity performance, including win rates, open deal size, and stalled opportunities.
