            Set a Default Displaying Picklist Topic for Location and Subscriber Tables (Managed Package)

            Define which custom topic appears by default in the Displaying picklist for Location and Subscriber tables in Enterprise Sales Management.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
            User Permissions Needed
            To add topics: Communications Cloud Admin
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Integration Procedures, and then select Integration Procedures.
            2. Open the active version of the relevant integration procedure (for example, ESM_CustomViewSetup or ESM_CustomViewSetupForOrder) that you want to modify for setting the default.
            3. Go to the field mapping step where the default topic is configured.
              • For Classic journey: Go to the CustomQMFieldMapper step.
              • For Guided journey: Go to the GuidedCustomQMFieldMapper step.
            4. Find the MemberDefaultTopic node within this step's configuration.
            5. Set the value for the Location key or the Subscriber key to your preferred default topic label.

              Example: setting default topics for the Location and Subscriber tables.

            6. Save and activate the integration procedure.
