          Set Up Agentforce for Cart Operations

          To give sales reps and other users access to the powerful generative AI features, invocable methods, and flows across Communications, Media, and Energy & Utilities managed package, admins must set up Agentforce, invocable methods, and deploy Agentforce static resource files. Sales reps can work with the invocable actions and flows provided in Communications, Media, and Energy & Utilities managed package.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
          User Permissions Needed
          To enable Agentforce:

          Manage AI Agents AND the admin user permission for the agent type that you want to create

          OR

          Customize Application

          To add invocable method configuration:

          Salesforce CPQ Admin User

          AND

          Salesforce CPQ Admin User Access

          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Vlocity CMT Administration.
          2. Select CPQ Configuration Setup under custom settings. .
          3. To add a custom configuration, click Add.
          4. Enter CpqCartAgentInvocableAction as the name and ON as the setup value.
          5. Save your changes.
          6. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Agent and select Agentforce Agents.
          7. Turn on Agentforce.
          8. Download and deploy static resource files to use preconfigured flows.
