To give sales reps and other users access to powerful generative AI features for
creating recipient groups, admins must set up Einstein and Agentforce. Sales reps work with the
standard Agentforce topic provided in Communications Cloud. Admins can also control user access to
individual Agentforce Employee Agents (AEA) using permission sets.

the Agentforce for Communications add-on
User Permissions Needed
To set up Agentforce:
Manage AI Agents AND the admin user permission for the agent type that you want to
create
Assign Permission Set to Users for Quote Recipients Grouping with Agentforce
Give your users access to the Agentforce for creating recipient groups by assigning them
permission sets. With these permission sets, users enable Agentforce and use this
feature.

User Permissions Needed
To assign permission sets to users:
Manage Profiles and Permission Sets
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users and select it.
Open the admin user from the list.
Go to Permissions Set Assignments, and click Edit Assignments.
Enable these permission sets.
