          Set Up Agentforce for Service Level Objectives Insights

          To give service reps and other users access to powerful AI features for analyzing service level objective data, admins must set up Einstein, Data 360, and Agentforce. Service reps work with the standard Agentforce subagents provided in Communications Cloud. You can also control user access to individual Agentforce Employee Agents (AEA) using permission sets.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with the Agentforce for Communications add-on
          User Permissions Needed
          To set up Agentforce:

          Manage AI Agents AND the admin user permission for the agent type that you want to create

          OR

          Customize Application

          1. Assign Permission Set to Users.
          2. Set Up Data 360 for Communications Cloud.
            Note
            Note Make sure to populate Asset Service Level Objective DMO and Network Usage Data DMO.
          3. Create and Set Up Calculated Insight Object to Trigger Service Level Objective Notification Flow.
          4. Customize Service Level Objective and Network Usage Data Fields.
          5. Configure the Assets Tab.
          6. Enable Einstein for Communications.
          7. Enable Agentforce.
          8. Create an agent with Agentforce Employee Agent type.
          9. Add the Service Level Objective Insights for Asset subagent to your Agent from the Asset Library.
          10. Activate your agent.
          11. Assign the Agentforce Employee Agent to the user.
