          Set Up Multi-Subscribers in Revenue Cloud for Communications

          Manage quotes and orders across multiple subscribers or subscriber groups with Multi-Subscribers in Revenue Cloud for Communications. Assign permission sets, enable org settings, and add the Subscribers tab to a quote or order record page.

          Assign Permission Sets

          Assign the CME Sales Features permission sets to the standard users to use multi-subscribers feature.

          User Permissions Needed

          Turn On Subscriber Based Quoting and Ordering

          Give your users access to create and manage subscriber-based quotes and orders.

          Required Editions

          User Permissions Needed
          To turn on org settings: CME Sales Features
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Revenue Cloud for Communications, and then select Revenue Cloud for Communications Settings.
          2. Turn on Subscriber Based Quoting and Ordering.

          Add and Customize Subscribers Tab on a Quote or Order Record Page

          Help sales reps build subscriber-based deals by adding the Subscribers tab to a quote or order record pages by using Lightning App Builder. Customize the column fields that display on the Subscribers tab of a quote or order record page. Organize the columns that show in the View By Predefined Type menu on the Subscribers tab.

          Required Editions

          User Permissions Needed
          To add the Subscribers tab: CME Sales Features
          To configure and organize column fields: Customize Application
          1. Go to a quote or order record page.
          2. From the Setup menu, select Edit Page.
            The record page opens in the Lightning App Builder.
          3. Add the Subscriber tab.
            1. Click the Tab component.
            2. Click Add Tab in the Tabs component properties.
            3. Select tab label as Custom, and enter Subscribers as the label.Add Subscribers Tab
          4. Assign the Recipient Wrapper component.
            1. Select the Subscribers tab.
            2. From the Components list, search for Recipient Wrapper.
            3. Drag the Recipient Wrapper component to the Subscribers tab.
            4. Select the Recipient Wrapper component on the canvas.
            5. Select Subscriber for the recipient type in the Recipient Wrapper component properties.Assign Recipient Wrapper Component
          5. Configure the column fields.
            1. Select the Recipient Wrapper component on the Subscribers tab.
            2. Under Display Fields, click Select... in the component properties.
            3. Move the fields to the Selected section to show on the Subscribers tab, and arrange them in your preferred order.
          6. Organize the column fields.
            1. Select the Recipient Wrapper component on the Subscribers tab.
            2. Under Organise Fields, click Select... in the component properties.
            3. Move the fields to the Selected section to show in the View By Predefined Type menu and arrange them in your preferred order.
          7. Save your changes and activate the record page.
