Create promotions, organize them into custom child groups, and set the evaluation method
for each group to control which promotions can be applied together.

Create a promotion and associate it with the rule library.
Salesforce adds the promotion to the Line, Cross-line, or Order subgroup, based
on how its discount applies.
Create a custom child group under a subgroup.
Enter a name, a description, and an evaluation method.
Set the evaluation method for each child group.
Select First Eligible Promotion or Stacked.
To set the priority, move a promotion between child groups within the same subgroup, or
reorder the child groups.
Note When a subgroup contains child groups, its evaluation method is set to Stacked, so
Salesforce combines the winning result from each child group.
