Show AI Accelerator Predictions and Recommendations on Customer Interaction Pages

Show the predictions generated by AI Accelerator and the Next Best Action recommendations on customer interaction pages by adding the AI Accelerator—Einstein Predictions & Recommendations component.

Note Assign the required permissions so that users can view the score card. For information on the required user permissions, see Assign User Permissions to View Predictions Generated by AI Accelerator.

When configuring the AI Accelerator—Einstein Predictions & Recommendations component, select ChurnPredictionRealTime as the use case definition. See Show AI Accelerator Predictions and NBA Recommendations on Lightning Experience Record Pages.

You can show only the predictions generated by AI Accelerator on customer interaction pages by adding the Einstein Predictions Using AI Accelerator component. See Show AI Accelerator Predictions on Lightning Experience Record Pages.
