Add a Member to, or Remove one from, a Manual Queue

To manage the members associated with a manual queue, press the Add Member or Remove Member button on the Manual Queues page.

          Note
          Note

From release Spring '22, the Queue Items LWC component is available with improved UI and much of the same functionality as the older Manual Queue component. To use the newer component, add the Queue Items component to your Manual Queue page layout because it's not there by default (see Order Management LWC Components).

To add a member to, or remove one from, a manual queue, follow these steps:

          1. Go to the manual queue that you want to work with (from the app launcher, search for Manual Queues).
          2. From the User Membership section, click either Add Member or Remove Member. A list appears below the button.
            • The Add Member list shows those members of the org who have not been deactivated and aren't already in the queue.

            • The Remove Member list shows members of the queue.

The User Membership section of Manual Queues, with the Remove Member list showing and highlighted.
          3. Check the box next to the members that you want to add or remove (depending on which button you clicked in the step above).
          4. Click Save.

The user has been added or removed from the Manual Queue.
