Amend Action Fails to Propagate to Fulfillment Request Lines During Decomposition
The amend supplemental action fails to propagate to the child Fulfillment Request Line (FRL) if the FRL attributes remain unchanged. This issue prevents the child FRL from inheriting the Amend action even though the parent attributes have changed.
The Amend status populates on a Fulfillment Request Line (FRL) in these scenarios:
- FRL Attribute Change: A source Order Line Item decomposes and passes a different attribute value to an FRL.
- Supplemental Action Propagation: When a child FRL is added or modified, the Supplemental Action bubbles up and amends the parent FRL.
- Decomposition Scope Merge: When an FRL has multiple sources, where one source decomposes a new action and another cancels a decomposition, the system merges the supplemental actions. For example, a create action combined with a cancel action results in an amend status.
