Manage Features as a Subscriber in Multiplay Subscription Management (Managed Package)

This workflow enables subscribers to activate or deactivate various features in their subscription. Subscribers can launch this workflow either from their home page or from a subscription details page. When this workflow is launched from the home page and there are multiple subscriptions in the account, subscribers can select the phone number for which they want to manage features.

This feature is part of the Communications Cloud managed package.

The following features are available by default:

• Voice Mail

• Caller ID

• International Calling

• Call Waiting

• Roaming

1. On the home page, click Manage features.
2. Select the phone number for which you want to activate or deactivate features.
3. Enable or disable the features as required.
4. To confirm your changes, click Save.

   The features are enabled or disabled as specified.

5. Click Back to home to exit the workflow.
