          Modify or Delete Locations and Subscribers in an Enterprise Quote or Enterprise Order (Managed Package)

          After you've added locations or subscribers, you can update the entries in Enterprise Sales Management. Update location or subscriber details at any time before you create an order.

          Managed Package Icon This feature is part of the Communications Cloud managed package.

          To update details of a location or a subscriber in a quote or order:

          1. On the enterprise quote page or enterprise order page, click the Location or Subscriber tab depending on whether you want to edit a location or a subscriber.

            By default, the Location page displays the following fields, which you can update:

            • Street Address

            • State

            • Postal Code

            • Country

            • City

            By default, the Subscriber page displays the following fields, which you can update:

            • Title

            • State

            • Last Name

            • First Name

            • Email

            • City

            If you modified the fields sets, the fields displayed here would depend on the changes you made.

          2. Hover over the value that you want to change until the pencil icon is displayed.
          3. Click the pencil icon to insert your cursor in the field, and make the required updates.
          4. When you're done, click outside the field.

            Your changes are saved to the enterprise quote or enterprise order. If you're viewing quote members or order members by groups using one of the default groups, quote members or order members are automatically moved to the appropriate group. For example, if you are viewing subscribers grouped by city and you modify the city of a subscriber, the subscriber is immediately moved to an appropriate group or to a new group, based on the new value of their city.

            To delete a location or subscriber in a quote or order, select the appropriate action from the menu for that row.

            Note
            Note To delete assigned offers as well, select Also delete assigned offers, and then click Delete. To only delete members and retain their assigned offers, deselect Also delete assigned offers, and then click Delete.

          Delete Members in Bulk

          Delete subscribers or locations in bulk, instead of one by one.

          1. Go to the relevant enterprise quote or enterprise order.
          2. Go to the Subscriber tab or Location tab.
          3. Select the subscribers or the locations to delete, and then click the delete icon delete icon.
            Note
            Note All offers associated with deleted subscribers and locations are dissociated. The deletion process is asynchronous, and you can't perform other operations till it's complete.
          4. To delete assigned offers as well, select Also delete assigned offers, and then click Delete. To only delete members and retain their assigned offers, deselect Also delete assigned offers, and then click Delete.
