          OM Plus: Manage Secrets

With OM Plus, you can view and edit custom secrets directly from the XOM Administration page. For security reasons, you can't actually see the values of the secrets, but you can delete them and replace them with new values.

To view and edit custom secrets, follow these steps:

          1. In Lightning Experience, click the App Launcher: Lightning App Launcher icon
          2. Begin to type XOM Administration until Vlocity XOM Administration appears in the list.
          3. Click Vlocity XOM Administration. The Vlocity XOM Administration panel opens.
          4. Click Open across from Manage Secrets.
The XOM Administration Panel, with the Manage Secrets option highlighted.
          5. Do one of the following things:
            • To edit existing secrets: For each secret, click the pencil icon next to the secret and enter the change in the Value field. When you’ve edited all the secrets that you want to edit, click Save.

            • To delete a secret: Click the Trash icon next to the secret that you want to delete. A confirmation message appears, allowing you to confirm or cancel the deletion.

            • To add a new secret: Click Add, fill in the appropriate fields, then click Save. The Key field accepts only letters, numbers, periods, hyphens, or underscores.

              Note

New secrets are added to the top of the list. You might need to scroll down to see the entire list of secrets.

The Manage Secrets window, with highlights around the Add and Save buttons, as well as the pencil and trash icons.
