          OM Plus: Order Sync Failure

          After all the orchestration items are completed, if some of the Salesforce order records aren't activated, check the Odin page for fallouts on those orders. You can submit the fallout orders to Salesforce for reconciliation.

          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Vlocity OM Plus Administration.
          2. To submit a specific failed order:
            1. From the Search field, find and select the specific order by using the order ID.
            2. On the ODIN Order Sync Status tab, review the details such as the reason for fallout.
            3. When you’re ready to submit, click Push order to SFDC.

          3. To submit multiple failed orders at a time:
            1. Select OMPL Diagnostics from the Vlocity OM Plus Administration page.
            2. Click the ODIN Sync Fallouts tab to see the list of fallout order records.
            3. Select the orders you want to submit and click Push order to SFDC.
