Reference Product Catalog Model for Multiplay Subscription Management (Managed Package)
Multiplay Subscription Management includes a reference product catalog model, which includes the following:
This feature is part of the Communications Cloud managed package.

Products/Offers — The application includes reference products/offers for services such as Mobile, Internet and TV with underlying child products modeled in the product catalog.
MOBILE:
The mobile offers include the following child offers. Some of these are based on an offer specification "Prepaid Plan PS".

Mobile Services: This offer holds attributes representing various feature services, such as international roaming, voicemail, and so on.

Phone Number: Represents the MSISDN associated with the mobile subscription.

SIM Card: Represents the SIM associated with the mobile subscription.
The following mobile prepaid offers are currently available as part of the application and can be ordered using the Shop page on the service console:

The reference internet offers are based on an offer specification "Internet PS" which includes the following:

Internet Plan: Represents the plan which holds the allowed bandwidths.

Static IP: Represents Static IP option.

Internet Security: Represents Internet security service option.

CPE: Represents the customer premise equipment.
-
Installation: Represents the installation service.
-
Configuration Service: Represents the optional configuration service to help customer setup personal devices.
The following internet offers are currently available as part of the application and can be ordered using the CPQ UI:

TV:
The reference TV offers are based on a composite offer specification which includes the following:

Offer based on TV Pack PS: Offer based on Offer specification representing the plan. For example, 4K HDR TV Pack.

Offer based on TV Channel PS: Offer based on Offer specification representing a-la-carte channels. For example, Golf TV Channel.

Offer based on TV Equipment PS: Offer based on Offer specification representing TV equipment. For example, HDR STB.

TV Installation: Represents the installation service.

Add-On Offers — Customers can opt for add-on offers on top of the prepaid/postpaid offer. Add-on offers are used to enable data, voice, and text balances for a mobile subscription.

Cash Top-Up Offers — This offer includes sample top-up offers to top up the cash balance.

Fees — This offer includes the various types of fees used in various workflows. It includes shipping fees, vanity number fees, and replacement fees. Shipping fees are added to an order based on the shipping category requested. Vanity number fees are used in flows that allows customers to select numbers from different categories. Replacement fees are used in the SIM replacement workflow.
