How Changed Data Is Captured in Einstein Relationship Insights

Let’s understand how any change in the data is captured in Einstein Relationship Insights.

Required Editions

Available in: Unlimited Edition with Einstein Relationship Insights Basic
Available for an additional cost in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions

Any subsequent change to the person or company record within Salesforce is also processed by the Einstein Relationship Insights data engine. The Relationship recommendations related to the record are also updated according to the change. For instance, if a company record is deleted from Salesforce records, any relationships involving that company record don’t appear in the Relationships graph.

Note The changed data captured in Einstein Relationship Insights is 99.9% accurate. Some of the updates or deletions in Salesforce records aren’t reflected immediately in Einstein Relationship Insights.
