Understand Relationships in Actionable Relationship Center (ARC)
ARC helps users understand relationships among people and businesses by presenting them
in a convenient and interactive display component. If your admin has integrated ARC with Einstein
Relationship Insights, you can do more with relationships.

Use Einstein Relationship Insights in ARC to explore recommended relationships for records and
to view evidence for the relationships in ARC.
You can also create records and open existing records. To view recommended relationships for
any record in ARC, click any account, contact, or person account record. You can view the
recommended relationships for the selected record in the tab for Einstein Relationship Insights.
With Einstein Relationship Insights in ARC, you can also view evidence documents and create
relationships for new records.
