Graph View

In addition to the list view, you can view Einstein’s recommended relationships in a relationship graph.

Each recommended relationship in a graph has these components:

• Record type icon (1): The icons in a graph indicate whether the recommendation is a person or a company.
• Record name (2): The name of the related person or company. To view the evidence that supports the relationship, click the name or the icon.
• Action icon (3): To create a record, view existing matching records, or open a record, click the appropriate action icon.
• Dotted line connections (4): Indicate recommended relationships from unstructured content like the web and news.
• Solid line connections (5): Indicate structured lookup relationships, master-detail relationships, and many-to-many relationships with junction records.

For Einstein Activity Capture users, the graph shows an extra connection (6) to designate the relationship that’s connected to Einstein Activity Capture users in your organization. Hover over the Einstein Activity Capture user to see how they’re connected to the recommended related person or company.
