Example An automobile company uses Scoring Framework to get predictions about leads who are
likely to convert into accounts. The automobile company’s Salesforce admin selects Lead as the
object for training and scoring. Apart from the data in the Lead records, the company also wants
to use its partners’ database to get the lead details. So, the Salesforce admin creates an
external connection to connect and sync the external lead data to CRM Analytics and store it in a
CRM Analytics dataset. The admin then selects this dataset to provide insightful input features
for the model.
