          View Profile Details and Member Plan Information in the Contact Center

          If a caller has plan-related questions, you can quickly glance through their details and insurance plans, so that you can respond in real time.

          The Profile card includes basic member details, like name, age, and gender. It also lists the emergency contact and their phone number. Additionally, you can click the email address and directly send an email to the member.

          The Member Plan tab provides a list of the member’s insurance plans. View essential information for each member plan, including start and end date, issuer number, Payer ID and more. Click the plan name to quickly navigate to the member plan record.
