            Permissions for Context Service Users

            You can create and manage context definitions easily and efficiently by using permission set licenses assigned to your users. Permissions are added to specific user personas to complete work assigned to their role. System admin users have default access to Context Service without requiring any specific permission set licenses.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Developer, Enterprise, Professional, and Unlimited editions for Industries clouds where Context Service is enabled
            PERMISSION SET LICENSE NAME DESCRIPTION PERSONAS
            Context Service Admin Lets admins create and manage all context service objects and context definitions. Context Service Admin
            Context Service Runtime Grants read access for context definitions and read and write access to all context present in the cache. Context Service Run Time User

            To view the count of Context Service permission set licenses that are available in your org, in Setup, go to Company Information.

            If you need more permission set licenses besides the ones that the Context Service license enabled in your org provides, contact your Salesforce account executive.
