          View, Edit, Clone, Delete a Context Filter

          View filter conditions and sort order details of a filter in a standard context definition. Edit or clone filters from a custom context definition to iterate over existing filter conditions and sort order details. Delete unnecessary filters from the Filter list in your customer context definition.

          Available in: Developer, Enterprise, Professional, and Unlimited editions for Industries clouds where Context Service is enabled

          To view context filters in standard definitions:

          To edit, clone, or delete context filters in custom definitions:

          View Filters

          You can only view the details of a filter in a standard definition.

          1. In Setup, find and select Context Definitions.
          2. In the Standard Definitions tab, select the context definition which contains the filter you want to view.
          3. Click the Filters tab.
          4. To view a context filter, in the dropdown of the filter, click View.

          Edit, Clone, or Delete Filters

          You can edit, clone, or delete filters in a custom definition.

          1. In Setup, find and select Context Definitions.
          2. In the Custom Definitions tab, select the context definition where you want to clone a filter.
          3. Click the Filters tab.
          4. To edit, clone or delete filters, follow these steps

            To clone a context filter

            1. In the dropdown of the filter you want to clone, click Clone.

            2. Enter a Filter Name, API Name, and Description.

            3. Enter the filter conditions and sort order details, then save your changes.

            To edit a context filter

            1. In the dropdown of the filter you want to edit, click Edit.

            2. Edit the details of the filter.

            3. Save your changes.

            To delete a context filter In the dropdown of the filter you want to delete, click Delete, then click OK.
