Create a Screen Flow-Based Bulk Action

To create a screen flow-based action, see Build a Flow. Create two variables with the API names almRecordIds and referenceRecordIds in the flow to store the values passed from the Actionable List Members component. To create a variable, see Flow Resources. Review these considerations when you create the variables.

• Select the Record data type.
• To store multiple values of the same data type or records of the same object, select Allow multiple values (collection).
• Select the Actionable List Member object for the almRecordIds variable because the variable stores the record IDs of the selected prospects in the Actionable List Members component.
• Select the target object of the actionable list for the referenceRecordIds variable because the variable stores the reference records IDs of the selected prospects. For example, if the target object of the actionable list is Account, then select Account.
• To make the variables available for input and output, select Available for input and Available for output.
