Create Experience Cloud Site Guest User Sharing Rules for Discovery Framework
Create guest user sharing rules that allow anonymous guest users access to Omnistudio
and Discovery Framework content on your Experience Cloud site. A guest user sharing rule is a
criteria-based sharing rule that grants read-only access to unauthenticated guest
users.
From Setup, enter Sharing Settings in the Quick Find box, then
select Sharing Settings.
In the Sharing Rules related list for the object, click New.
Create sharing rules for the Omni Data Transformations, Omni Processes, Omni UI Cards, and
Assessment Question objects.
Enter the label name and rule name.
The label name appears on the user interface. For example, enter Assessment
Question Sharing Rule or Omni Process Sharing Rule. The
rule name is a unique name used by the API and managed packages.
For the rule type, select Guest user, based on criteria.
Specify the field, operator, and value criteria that records must match to be included in
the sharing rule.
The fields available depend on the object selected, and the value is always a literal
number or string. To change the AND relationship between filters, click Add Filter
Logic. The value criteria is limited to 240 characters, and strings or picklist
values that go beyond this limit are truncated.
