          Use Notes to capture relevant observations and details shared by a client during a call.

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud

          User Permissions Needed
          To use the Crisis Support Center Management app Manage Crisis Support Center Management App
          1. On the case record page, go to the Notes tab, and click New.
          2. In the Notes window, enter a title for your note.
          3. Record observations or important details the client shares with you during the call.
          4. Click Done when finished.
            After the call has ended, you can access the note in the Notes tab to record a call summary or add additional details.
