          Find Provider Details in Crisis Support Center Management

          Use the Provider Search component to search for healthcare providers based on criteria such as location and specialty. Then, select up to 50 provider records to share in an email or document, or generate a PDF report.

          User Permissions Needed
          To use the Crisis Support Center Management app Manage Crisis Support Center Management App
          1. Search for a provider using Provider Name, Facility Name, or Specialty.
            Note
            Note You can select one or more items from each dropdown list. The resulting search results include providers who meet at least one of those items, not all of them.
          2. Provide the patient's address to see the distance from each provider's location.
          3. Click Search.
          4. Share results as needed.
            1. To copy and share a single result, click Copy button icon.
            2. To copy and share multiple results, select up to 50 records, then click Action dropdown, and select Copy Selected Records.
            3. To generate a report, click Action dropdown, and select Generate Report. Find the report in Files and in the Attachments related list on the relevant case record.
