Custom Permissions in Enterprise Sales Management (Managed Package)
Control user access to functionalities and UI elements in ESM with custom permissions to streamline the user experience and maintain a clear division of responsibilities.
This feature is part of the Communications Cloud managed package.
Admins can use this user-based access control to tailor which functionalities and UI elements users can view, edit, and delete. This control ensures that each user profile only interacts with components required for their role and responsibilities.
Here are the custom permissions provided with the ESM managed package.

Note To control user access for the Inflight Order Amend feature, you need to explicitly add a
permission filter to the Amend Order to Quote button. For more information, see Apply Special
