            Customize the Promotion Drilldown Component

            Show different fields in the Promotion Drilldown Lightning Web Component for different tactic record types and sales organizations.

            Required Editions

            Create different tactic field sets to show different fields for different tactic record types and sales organizations.

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions where Consumer Goods Cloud is enabled
            1. From the object management settings for tactics, go to Field Sets.
            2. To create a field set, click New.
            3. Enter the name of the field set depending on the record type and sales organization.
              If the field set doesn't adhere to a naming convention, the default fields are shown for the tactic.
              Use either of these naming conventions for the tactic field sets.
              • To show fields for a specific record type and sales organization, use Drilldown_<Tactic Record Type API Name>_<Sales Org>.
              • To show fields for a specific record type, use Drilldown_<Tactic Record Type API Name>.
              • To show fields for a specific sales organization, use Drilldown_<Sales Org>.
              • To show fields not specific to a record type or sales organization, use Drilldown.
            4. Add up to 12 fields that you want to show in the Promotion Drilldown component.
              You can’t show formula fields, lookup/master-detail fields, or fields from referenced SObject records.
            5. Save the field set.
