Deactivate a CRM Analytics Template Configuration

You can deactivate and delete a CRM Analytics template configuration that you no longer need.

User Permissions Needed
To activate a CRM Analytics template configuration: Scoring Framework Admin
  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Industries Cloud Einstein, and then select Scoring Framework.
  2. To deactivate a template configuration, click Quick actions menu button on the template configuration’s card, and select Deactivate.
    Deactivating the template configuration deletes the AI Accelerator use case and CRM Analytics app. The deactivation takes some time to complete.
  3. If the deactivation fails, you can retry deactivating it by clicking Retry on the template configuration’s card.
  4. After the template configuration is deactivated, to delete it, click Quick actions menu button on the template configuration’s card, and select Delete.

    You can delete a draft or inactive template configuration or a template configuration that failed to activate or deactivate.
