AI-Powered Document Upload Validation and Prefill uses AI to extract answers from the
documents your users upload to an assessment form and to validate each file. Your users complete
forms faster and get immediate feedback on document issues.
Note Note: This feature uses Einstein Generative AI and is provided on a separate
infrastructure with different security protections and physical hosting locations than those
of the Services. Generative AI can produce inaccurate or harmful responses. Review the output
for accuracy and safety. For information on infrastructure, see Salesforce Trust and Compliance Documentation.
Turn On AI-Powered Document Upload Validation and Prefill Turn on the Discovery Framework setting that lets your users upload a document to an assessment form and have AI extract answers from it and validate the file. Then set up the details on each question.
Configure AI Validation and Prefill for Document Upload Questions Set up AI prefill and validation on each file-upload question in your assessment form. Choose which answers AI extracts from the document, ask for consent, and warn or stop uploads that fail a check.
