To edit and manage Generate Assessment Questions prompt template:

To access and run prompt templates outside Prompt Builder:
Prompt Template User
From the App Launcher, find and select Assessment Questions.
Click Draft Questions with Agentforce.
To provide context, enter an assessment objective. For example, enter generate
questions for home loan application to generate questions related to home loan application
intake.
Click Generate.
Modify the questions, update the category, data types, and add the response values as
necessary, and then click Create Assessment Questions.
View the assessment questions created in the Assessment Questions record page.
