            Enable Enhanced Save Responses for Accurate Assessment Traceability

            Improve the accuracy and traceability of your assessment responses by linking them to the specific version of the Assessment Question used in the Omniscript. Each response is preserved within its original context, providing a more precise and reliable record.

            Required Editions

            User Permissions Needed
            To enable enhanced save responses for Discovery Framework: View permissions information.

            Before you begin:

            • Grant standard, guest, and portal users permission to access the OmniProcessAsmtQuestionVer object to save responses to the associated question version.
            • Review the Discovery Framework Considerations before turning on enhanced save responses.

            By maintaining version context, you can better track and analyze customer interactions, leading to more informed decision-making and improved customer service.

            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Discovery Framework, and then select General Settings.
            2. Turn on Enhanced Save Responses.
