            Import Questions

            Quickly create a high volume of questions by importing them into Salesforce.

            Required Editions

            View supported product editions.
            User Permissions Needed
            To configure import or export settings: Customize Application

            Configure Import or Export Settings

            Give users access to metadata APIs so that they can import and export assessment questions, assessment question sets, and assessment question versions.

            To activate this feature in your org, contact Salesforce Customer Support.

            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Discovery Framework, and then select General Settings.
            2. Turn on Import or Export.

            We recommend that you deploy and retrieve Discovery Framework standard objects through the Metadata and Tooling API by enabling the Omnistudio Metadata setting in your org.

            Import Data Into Salesforce

            When you’re ready to import assessment questions, assessment question sets, and assessment question versions into Salesforce, a multitude of options is available. For example, you can import data from any program that saves data in a comma-delimited text format (.csv).
