Enable Access to Document Generation Processes from the App Launcher

By default, the Document Generation Processes app isn't visible in the App Launcher. To make it available, update the user's profile settings.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Users.
2. Click Edit next to the user whose profile needs access to the Document Generation Processes page.
3. Under General Information, click the profile link.
4. Click Object Settings.
5. Search for Document Generation Processes, and then select Document Generation Processes.
6. Click Edit.
7. For Tab Settings, select Default On.
8. Save your changes.
   Users with this profile can now find and select Document Generation Processes from the App Launcher.
9. To create a Document Generation Process (DGP) request.
   1. From the App Launcher, find, and click Document Generation Processes.
   2. Click New.
   3. Enter the details of the document generation process.

   4. Save your changes.
      The document generation process is created, and it opens on the Details tab.
