To create your custom font library:

          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Files.
          2. Click Libraries, and then click New Library.
          3. Enter the name as Docgen Custom Fonts Library.
          4. Save your changes.
          5. Open the Docgen Custom Fonts Library, and click Manage Members.
          6. From the Add Members dropdown, select People.
          7. Enter Platform Integration User in the search and set the access level to Viewer.
          8. Click Add.
          9. Add custom font files.
When you add a custom font file to the fonts library, make sure the file name exactly matches the font name used in your DOCX template. For example, if your template uses Arial Italic or Arial Semibold, the font file name must be Arial Italic or Arial Semibold, respectively.
            1. Open the Docgen Custom Fonts Library, and click Add Files.
            2. Click Upload Files and select your custom fonts files with extensions such as .ttf and .otf.
            3. Click Add.
          10. From Setup, enter Salesforce Files in the Quick Find box, and then select General Settings.
          11. Select Libraries in Salesforce Files, if this option is available.
If this option isn’t available in your org, skip this step.
          12. Save your changes.
          Note
Note Make sure that you sync fonts whenever you add or delete custom fonts from the Docgen Custom Fonts Library. See Sync Custom Fonts Across Orgs for Consistent Document Styling.
