Manage Custom Fonts in Omnistudio Document Generation

Guidelines for using custom fonts:

• Omnistudio Document Generation doesn't offer the default Microsoft fonts. To use Microsoft fonts, download these fonts, upload them to the custom fonts library, and sync to make them available for document generation.
• You can download additional extended font files from Salesforce Industries Process Library.
• Don't use the same custom font with different file extensions, like OTF and TTF, in the Custom Fonts Library, as this can cause problems during document generation.
• Use a unique name for each font file, including all folders in the Custom Fonts Library. If duplicate file names are uploaded, only one file will be available for synchronization to the servers.
• By default, the individual file size limit is 5 MB and font library size is 50 MB. The total size of the Custom Fonts Library must not exceed 100 MB. To increase these limits, contact your Salesforce account representative.
• The Custom Fonts Library supports up to three levels of subfolders.
• Zipped font files aren’t supported.
• For documents containing non-English text or complex scripts, enable advanced text shaping to correct rendering issues in generated PDFs. See Render Seamless Multi-Language Fonts in Generated PDFs.

  Syncing custom fonts maintains consistent formatting in generated documents when using Omnistudio Document Generation. Make sure to sync fonts whenever you add or delete custom fonts from the Docgen Custom Fonts Library.
