Add DocGen Permission Sets to the Omnistudio Designer Permission Set Group for Omnistudio Document Generation Winter '23

In this procedure you add DocGen Permission Sets to the Permission Set Group for Omnistudio Designer users that you created. DocGen Designer permission set allows you to design document templates and generate documents.

1. From Setup, enter perm in the Quick Find box, then select Permission Set Groups.
2. Click the API Name of the Permission Set Group you created for Omnistudio Designer users.
3. From Permission Sets section, click Permission Sets in Group, then click Add Permission Set.
4. Select Omnistudio Admin, DocGen Designer and Docgen Designer Standard User options and click Add.
5. If a review the following license assignment prompt appears, click Continue.
6. Click Done.
