Create RollbackDRChanges Setting for Omnistudio Document Generation Spring '23 and later releases

If the Omnistudio Perm is enabled in your org, then you need to configure the RollbackDRChanges setting.

Note Set RollbackDRChanges to true only if Managed Package Runtime is enabled. To verify, go to Setup, enter OmniStudio Settings in the Quick Find box, and confirm that Managed Package Runtime is enabled.

With the RollbackDRChanges value set to true, while generating the document, the Omniscript pulls the Omnistudio Data Mapper Transform values and maps the tokens with actual data in the document template.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Omni Interaction Configuration.
2. Click Omni Interaction Configuration.

   The Omni Interaction Configuration window opens.

3. Click New Omni Interaction Configuration to add a variable.
4. Add the following details:

   • Label RollbackDRChanges

   • Name RollbackDRChanges

   • Value true

5. Click Save.
