Replace Custom DocGen Standard Permission Set with DocGen User Permission Set Spring '23
The DocGen User permission set is available with the Spring '23 release under the DocGen Designer permission set license. Use the DocGen User permission set instead of your customized DocGen standard user permission set. The steps to replace your custom DocGen permission set with the DocGen User permission set are not mandatory.
This section applies only if you created a custom DocGen standard user permission set by assigning custom permissions without the additional rights associated with the DocGen Designer permission set license in a prior release.
- In Setup, enter Perm in the Quick Find box, and then select Permission Sets.
- Click your custom DocGen standard user permission set, and then click Manage Assignments.
- Select the users who are assigned a custom permission set, and click Remove Assignment.
- Assign DocGen User permission set.
- Open the DocGen User permission set, and click Manage Assignments.
- Click Add Assignment, and select your user.
- Click Next, and click Assign.
