The JobId and the Document Generation Process Record Page

If the Omniscript completed with a JobId but no document was generated, you can use the JobId to view the Document Generation Process record page and troubleshoot the problem.

While logged into your org, enter a URL in this format:

https://org-hostname/JobId

For example, if the hostname of your org is acme.lightning.force.com and the JobId is 0nnR000000000VnIAI, the URL is:

https://acme.lightning.force.com/0nnR000000000VnIAI 

This URL takes you to the Document Generation Process record page, which lists information that can be helpful for troubleshooting. Here’s an example Document Generation Process record page:
