View the Status of a Omnistudio Document Generation Batch Process

The Document Generation Batch Processes page provides a list of all batch processes.

1. From Omnistudio, in the Quick Find box, enter document batch process.
2. View these details of each batch process.

   • Name

   • Description

   • Category

   • Status

   • Completion date

3. To view the details of a document generation batch process, click the batch process.
   For example, each batch process is assigned a unique number for identification. To view the details of the batch process with the identification number BatchReq-0002, locate this number in the list of batch processes and click it.
4. View these details of the specific batch process.

   • Status

   • Total count of single document request processes included in the batch

   • Number of successfully completed single document request processes

   • Number of failed single document request processes

   • Number of single document request processes currently in progress
