          Why Can’t I Open the Document Template Designer After Completing the Omnistudio Document Generation Post Installation Steps?

          You see an error message when you try to open the Document Template Designer because the Clickjack Protection settings are active for your org. Add your blocked domain URLs to the trusted domains list to open the Document Template Designer.

          These clickjack protection settings are active:

          • Enable clickjack protection for customer Visualforce pages with standard headers

          • Enable clickjack protection for customer Visualforce pages with headers disabled

          Here's an example of the error: Refused to frame 'https://[MyDomain].vf.force.com/' because an ancestor violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "frame-ancestors 'self'https://[MyDomain].lightning.force.com".

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter session, and then select Session Settings.
          2. Scroll to Trusted Domains and click Add Domain.
          3. Do the following:
            1. Enter your org’s visualforce.com URL.
              For example, https://[MyDomain].vf.force.com/.
            2. Select iFrame Type as Visualforce Pages.
            3. Save your changes.
            4. Enter your org's lightning.force.com URL.
              For example, https://[MyDomain].lightning.force.com.
            5. Select iFrame Type as Visualforce Pages.
            6. Save your changes.
              The Session Settings page opens.
          4. Save your changes.
