Workaround: Document Template Import Error Post Upgrade

When you export a document template from a Summer '21 Omnistudio package org and try to import the template into a Winter '22 Omnistudio package org, an import error message appears. This procedure is a workaround to successfully import the document template to a Winter '22 Omnistudio org by manually modifying the .json datapack values.

For example, the import error appears when you export a document template that was created in a Summer '21 Omnistudio package sandbox org and try to import that template into a new Winter '22 Omnistudio package sandbox org.

Manually modifying the .json datapack values using this procedure.

1. Open the .json file in an editor.
2. Expand the 0 node.
3. Search for the first two instances of the VlocityDataPackType key, and then edit the value from DocumentTemplate to DocumentTemplates. Add the letter s to the word template.
   
4. Save the .json file.
5. Import the modified .json file into the upgraded org. For more information, see Importing a Contract Document Template.
