Create a Fulfillment Step Definition Group
Create logical, reusable groups of fulfillment step definitions directly from a fulfillment workspace.
Fulfillment step definition groups represent workstreams in your fulfillment process. For example, you can define groups such as: Procure, Ship, Install, Activate, and Bill.
- From the App Launcher, find and select Fulfillment Workspaces.
- Click the workspace that you want to add a group to.
- Click New Step Group.
- Name the group and save your changes.
To help you manage orchestration plans at scale, you can import fulfillment step groups into other workspaces. For more information, see Import a Fulfillment Step Definition Group.
