Define the Conditions for a Fulfillment Task Assignment Rule

Optionally, set up the conditions that must be met for the assignment rule to run.

1. From the App Launcher, find and select Fulfillment Workspaces.
2. Select the workspace you wish to edit.
   To use the Fulfillment Workspace to assign rules, the step must already be assigned to a queue with the Step Assignment Method set to Context Based.
3. In the Fulfillment Workspace, click on a fulfillment step, and select Add Fulfillment Task Assignment Rule.
4. Click Add Condition.
5. Choose whether the rule is based on a Sales Transaction Item or Fulfillment Line Item.
6. Select the resources you wish to evaulute. The resources are either sales transaction or fulfillment line item context tags as defined in DRO context definition.
7. Add additional resources to evaluate, if necessary.
8. Save your work.
