            Add AI Summary to a Page

            Make the AI Summary (formerly Einstein Summary) component available to your users by adding it to the desired record or home page.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Starter, Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions with the required add-ons

            Create necessary prompt templates in the Prompt Builder. See Create a Prompt Template

            1. Edit a record or home page in Lightning App Builder.
              You can only add prompt templates of type User Summary on the home page.
            2. Drag the AI Summary component onto the page.
              You can add the component to the Tab component as well.
            3. Customise the header and button labels, select the prompt templates you want to activate.
            4. To control when the Continue with Agentforce button is shown, restrict Agentforce integration for specific prompt templates.
            5. Save your changes, and then activate the page.

            Though you can rearrange the sequence of the selected prompt templates on the Prompt Template window, the AI Summary component doesn't reflect the rearranged sequence.
