Enable the Audit Trail Tab

Make the Audit Trail tab available for System Administrators so that they can access Audit Trail.

Available in: Lightning Experience

Available in: Enterprise, Professional, Starter, and Unlimited Editions

From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles, and then select Profiles.
Click Edit next to the System Administrator profile.

Note Audit Trail is available only to users with the System Administrator profile.
In the Tab Settings section, select Default On from the Audit Trail dropdown list.
Save your changes.

Note Data is logged in Audit Trail even if the Audit Trail tab isn’t enabled.
