Multisite Quoting

Multisite Quoting is an Energy & Utilities Cloud feature designed to streamline the quoting and ordering process for large Commercial and Industrial (C&I) customers. Utility companies can manage complex quotes for customers who operate across extensive networks of locations.

Sales representatives traditionally configured quotes one site at a time for customers with many service points. The manual, site-by-site approach needed frequent communication with order management teams to fulfill products across multiple addresses. Such communication overload often results in significant administrative overhead and increased configuration error potential.

Multisite quoting enables sales representatives to organize a customer's service points and premises into logical groups, resolving these challenges. Representatives manage groups instead of individual sites. Sales representatives apply product configurations, promotions, and discounts to a group, and the system automatically applies these settings to every group member. The grouped approach ensures accurate and efficient pricing for complex multi-location deals.

Use Multisite Quoting to perform the following tasks:
