- Assign Licenses Required for Using Energy and Utilities Cloud Sales

Explore the different types of users who work with Energy and Utilities Cloud Sales features and the permission sets they need. - Assign User Permissions for Reference Products
Assign licenses and permission sets to your users who need to execute the referece product scripts, such as your product owners. - Assign Permissions for Admin User
Assign permissions to the admin users to access sales features. - Set Up Sharing Settings and Sharing Rules
Configure the sharing settings for various objects and create sharing rules for decision table file data. - Set Up Standard User
Configure sharing settings, create user profiles and permission sets, and assign permissions to set up a standard user, such as a sales representative who can browse catalogs and compare tariffs. - Set Up Product Catalog for Energy and Utilities Cloud Sales
Set up your product catalog to use Energy and Utilities Cloud Sales features. These steps are common prerequisites for several Energy and Utilities Cloud Sales features, including Tariff Comparison and Sample Products. - Activate the Price Book
Select and activate a price book to configure pricing for the products.
